Marriott'S Desert Springs Villas I Palm Desert, Palm Desert

The villas are a stunning location offering beautifully spacious accommodations, but the heavy traffic can be a downside. The service is outstanding, with experienced professionals ready to assist at Villas I. Dining options are delightful, offering delicious meals. However, the busy roadways can detract from the otherwise fabulous surroundings.

Our stay was a mixed bag at this hotel. The rooms, though large and clean with a cute balcony, were not fully suitable for our needs as we were on the first floor without an elevator, making it inconvenient with baby strollers. The service, while efficient and friendly, fell short as they were only willing to credit a marginal amount, not covering necessary expenses. The location, although beautiful and well-kept, had some drawbacks such as ongoing construction and a car-friendly layout that made walking uncomfortable due to busy traffic. The dining experience was enjoyable, with delicious offerings, but limited options. Overall, a decent stay with some notable issues.
